Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple, not by us. To manage or cancel: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, and choose Stillwell. Canceling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period.
For refunds, Apple handles those directly at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Restore a purchase
Bought the membership or the original one-time unlock and it is not showing? In the app, go to Settings, Membership, Restore purchases. If you bought the unlock back when Stillwell was a one-time purchase: it is honored forever, and Restore brings it back on any of your devices.
Your data
Everything you write and log stays on your phone. There is no account and no server holding your entries. To erase everything, go to Settings, Delete local data in the app; purchases are kept and can always be restored.
